Who we are
This sign-up is run by [SquadX legal entity name and address] ("SquadX"), the developer of Muay Thai Xtreme, together with its publisher Rising Tide Publishing. Contact: playtest@muaythaixtreme.com.
What we collect
- What you type: name or handle, email, country, closest region, Steam account name, Discord username (optional), and your email choices.
- How you found us: campaign tags in the link you used (utm_ parameters), the referring website, the page you landed on, and the referral code of the friend who invited you, if any.
- The language you used the page in.
Why
- To run the play test: decide which server regions to open, send you access, and email you about the test. Basis: your consent when you tick the box.
- To send Muay Thai Xtreme news, only if you ticked the optional news box. Basis: your consent.
- To see which channels and friends bring players in. Basis: our legitimate interest in running the test.
Where it is kept and for how long
Sign-ups are stored in a Google Sheet in SquadX's Google account (Google LLC acts as our processor). Only the SquadX and Rising Tide play test team can see it. We delete play test sign-ups [12 months] after the final play test round ends. If you opted into news, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA and, if you are in the EU/UK, the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email playtest@muaythaixtreme.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Thailand, the PDPC).
Cookies and analytics
The page remembers your language, your sign-up confirmation and the link you arrived from in your browser's local storage. [If Google Analytics or the Meta pixel are switched on, list them here and add a consent banner for visitors in the EU/UK.]
